Historically, blue-chip grails in the categories we accept have appreciated faster than the interest charged on loans secured against them. When that holds, the appreciation outruns the cost of capital and the asset covers its own interest — and you keep everything above it. It is a pattern, not a promise: markets move both ways, which is exactly why we accept only the deepest, most liquid grails.

Interest and fees are bespoke and disclosed plainly inside your private term sheet. Pricing is set against a rare asset, not a consumer — and discussed with you directly, not posted on a page.

Structures are flexible. Many principals service interest only and settle principal on their own timing, comfortable that the asset is doing the heavy lifting.

LTV depends on category, grade, liquidity, and market depth. Your relationship manager will quote LTV alongside your private term sheet after underwriting is complete.

Every dollar of that appreciation is yours. We are paid for the capital we deploy — never for the upside on your piece.

What if I cannot repay?

If a loan is not satisfied, the grail is liquidated through our auction network. Anything above what is owed comes back to you in full, and you are never personally pursued for a shortfall. The collateral itself is the entire security.
